Starting prices are based on one subject. Each additional face or pet adds drawing, colour and painting time.
Which artist feels right?
Each artist handles likeness, expression, colour and brushwork differently. The style you choose can affect the final price.
What size suits the space?
A larger canvas gives more room for a couple, family group, clothing, movement or a meaningful setting.
How complex is the setting?
Detailed interiors, landscapes, furniture, flowers or several reference photographs require more composition and painting work.
Will you add a frame?
Starting prices exclude framing. Ask us to include frame options and the frame cost in your proposal.
What can the photograph support?
Clear, well-lit reference images make it easier to preserve expression and detail. We can assess older photographs before quoting.

Before you request a quote
Is the starting price for the whole painting?
It is the starting price for one person or one pet at the listed canvas size, excluding framing. Extra subjects, a complex background and the selected artist can change the final quote.
Can you paint from an old photograph?
Yes. Send the clearest file you have and we will assess the available detail before confirming the composition.
Can I request a frame?
Yes. Framing service is free; the frame itself is charged separately and shown clearly in your proposal.
When will I know the exact price?
After reviewing your photograph and preferences, we confirm the artist, size, composition, timing and final price before you commit.
